Payment: Client agrees to submit payment quoted/invoiced from the Contractor for the services rendered.

Vehicle Access: Client shall grant Contractor access to the vehicle during the scheduled service appointment, as well as any additional mutually agreed-upon times. By acknowledging this document, Client grants Contractor permission to operate and move the vehicle as necessary to complete the agreed-upon services. Client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle keys are made available to the Contractor.

Service Satisfaction: Our utmost goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services. While we dedicate our best efforts to restore the vehicle to the highest possible condition within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise, we cannot guarantee complete restoration. A final inspection will be conducted jointly with the Client upon service completion. If, following the final inspection and our departure, you identify any service as unsatisfactory, please notify us within 24 hours to promptly address your concerns.

Insurance Coverage: Prime Auto Detailing is fully insured, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all services. In the event of any claims or concerns, please provide the necessary documentation and details to initiate a claim for coverage from Prime Auto Detailing.

Client Feedback: We greatly value your feedback and appreciate your willingness to share any feedback, be it positive or negative.
